The property is located in the "L'Ancora" residential condominium; an area of villas overlooking the sea near the famous La Pelosa beach and Punta Falcone, equipped with a beach club, nice cafes and restaurants, a marina and diving center.
The crystal clear waters and the white beaches are only 300 meters away and can therefore be reached with a very short walk.
