CHECK-IN/OUT

Villa Flor and his related services are at your disposal on the day of arrival
from 4 pm and departure day until 10.30 AM.
There will be additional charge for late check out till 6pm, only on request.
Check in after 20pm will be charged. For a better organization, please let us know the expected arrival time and your mobile number.


BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

The reservations are confirmed and guaranteed by the payment of the total amount VAT included of the stay by bank transfer. The balance must be paid no later than two months before your arrival by bank transfer. All expenses supported during your stay could be pay in cash directly to the service provider.


CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of cancellation by the guest, it has to be written, he will have the refund of 50% of the price set for the entire stay; in case of cancellation within two months from check-in, Villa Flor will hold the total amount. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please advise us by email at info@villaflor.it

This terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the reservation is completed.


EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST

In order to guarantee the availability of the extra services, we strongly recommend you
to book them at the same time of your reservation at Villa Flor.


PETS

We perfectly understand people who don't want to leave your pets at home during the holiday. For this reason, small pets are allowed in our property upon request before booking.
